You’ll become a better listener.  You’ll more easily lead teams and conduct meetings.  You’ll comfortably give and receive constructive evaluations, and you’ll improve your comfort level in front of an audience. You may already have some or all of these skills; in Toastmasters, you'll enhance them. 

Toastmasters provides members with the opportunity to participate in a variety of ways. These opportunities range from small roles (a great way to get your feet wet) to prepared speeches. The Toastmasters club also provides tremendous value through giving and receiving feedback.
